Path to PurposeCareer Technical Education (CTE) Foundation and Sonoma County Office of Education, with the support of the Santa Rosa Metro Chamber and County of Sonoma as a workforce partners, is proud to launch Path to Purpose - a first-of-its-kind internship program that connects Sonoma County high school juniors and seniors with local businesses like yours. Path to Purpose connects high schoolers who are eager to gain hands-on experience with high-quality internships offering 40+ hours of real-world learning during the Spring semester. For employers, Path to Purpose offers a simple, supportive way to bring fresh energy, curiosity and motivation into your workplace while helping shape the next generation of Sonoma County talent. The program aims to make the experience of working with a high school intern EASY for you and meaningful for the student. CTE Foundation handles the logistics - student applications and vetting, placement and compliance - while also providing resources and wraparound support so employers can focus on mentoring youth and ensuring a rewarding experience for all. By hosting a Path to Purpose intern, your business builds a pipeline of diverse young talent while making a real difference in students’ lives. It’s hands-on support for your business AND an investment in Sonoma County’s workforce. Getting started is simple - email Brandon Jewell at CTE Foundation today to explore how Path to Purpose can bring motivated, capable students into your workplace this spring.
