Cathy Olsen is the Owner and President of Interim HealthCare of Sonoma and Marin Counties. Since opening the Sonoma County office in 2015, Cathy has been dedicated to helping older adults age safely, comfortably, and with dignity in the place they call home. She leads a team committed to providing compassionate, high-quality in-home care while building strong partnerships throughout the community.

Drawing from both professional expertise and personal experience caring for her own family members, Cathy is passionate about educating families on aging, long-term care planning, and navigating the challenges that often accompany growing older. She is an active member of the local business and healthcare communities and frequently speaks on topics related to aging, dementia care, and empowering individuals to make informed decisions before a crisis occurs. Her mission is to improve the quality of life for seniors while supporting the families who care for them.

Talei is the Director of Operations for Interim HealthCare of Sonoma and Marin Counties and has been an integral part of the organization for the past 10 years. She oversees the agency's day-to-day operations, including client care, care planning, caregiver support, scheduling, and operational excellence. Passionate about helping older adults age safely and independently at home, Talei is committed to building strong teams, developing efficient systems, and delivering compassionate, high-quality care. Her leadership, dedication, and heart have been instrumental in the company's growth and continued success.
