Front Desk Sales Associate

Job Overview
HOTWORX is a 24/7 infrared fitness studio offering virtual HIIT, yoga, Pilates, and strength training workouts inside patented infrared saunas. We are opening a brand-new location in Rohnert Park, CA and are looking for a motivated, high-energy, sales-driven, people-focused Front Desk Sales Associate to help us dominate pre-sales and beyond. You will earn commissions through your sales!

This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, confident, reliable, and motivated by results. You must be comfortable approaching people, starting conversations, and closing membership and retail sales (no high pressure sales). If you thrive on goals, follow-through, and being part of something from the ground up, this role is for you.

Duties

Pre-Sale Responsibilities:

• Canvas local neighborhoods, businesses, and community areas to generate leads
• Promote HOTWORX memberships and pre-sale offers
• Collect contact information and conduct consistent follow-up with warm and cold leads
• Represent the HOTWORX brand professionally and confidently in the community
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals

Post-Opening Studio Responsibilities:

• Sell memberships, upgrades, and retail products
• Greet members and guests and provide exceptional customer service
• Clean and maintain infrared saunas and boutique gym areas
• Operate the POS system and process transactions accurately
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and manage lead follow-up
• Assist with opening and closing duties and daily studio operations

Qualifications

• Strong sales personality; outgoing, persuasive, and confident - seeking to always raise the bar
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with strong follow-through
• Comfortable with cold and warm lead outreach
• Sales, fitness, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Sales drive and reliability matter more than fitness background.
