This model propsed that it was better "to be a big fish in a little pond (gifted student in regular reference group" than to be a big fish in a big pond (gifted student in gifted reference group)."

In this talk, Andy Springer challenges this concept by asking, "Is it possible to be successful as a little fish (a minnow) in a huge pond (the Ocean)?" Learn how to lead your company to avoid the noise while finding your voice.
