Join us for our monthly meeting on Thursday, March 5 from 5:30-6:30 at SOMO Cowork @ SOMO Village. Meetings are typically held the first Thursday of the month.

Topic: People Are the Business: What Founders Get Right (and Wrong) About Leadership in the First 3 Years
Most founders don't start businesses to manage people, yet people quickly become the hardest and most important part of growth. This session focuses on how strong founders approach leadership and hiring in the first one to three years, and the early people decisions that create momentum rather than drag. Attendees will walk away with practical ways to hire better, lead more clearly, and build teams that support growth as the business scales.
Three successful chamber members, Christopher Ortiz, REALTOR BW&CO, Dr. Aaron Gootzeit, Owner/Chiropractor, Connect Rehab Chiropractic & Performance and Darlene Sandoval, Principal, Numer1cal, have created an awesome program for young professionals (45 and younger). They have experience in other networking groups outside of the chamber and wanted to create something different. They use these words to describe the vibe: raw, positive energy, innovative, inspire, educational, caring, enthusiastic, supportive, passionate and NO CODDLING!
