Market your business at this Rohnert Park Family Tradition - 2026 Holiday Lights Celebration & Rec the Halls where 1,500+ will attend! In case of rain, this event will be held inside the Community Center and the Callinan Sports Center.
Free Community event with lots of family fun. Complimentary holiday treats and drinks as well as kids activities. Food items will be for sale. Free pictures with Santa and Mrs. Claus.
Event Information:
DATE / TIME: Saturday, December 5th from 5pm - 7:30pm / Tree Lighting 7pm
LOCATION: Event will be held outside at the Community Center Complex as well as inside the Callinan Sports Center & Community Center at 5401 Snyder Lane, Rohnert Park - Will be moved inside if it rains
Sponsorship Information - Deadlines: Oct 23rd Logo in Flyer to CRPUSD / Final Nov 13h- VIP Sponsor: $800 - Benefits of all sponsor levels below plus Video Ad shown multiple during the event on 17' x 10'Mobile Screen & on Event Passport with QR Code
- Host Sponsor: $650 - Benefits of all sponsor levels below plus multiple Radio Ads on Wine Country Radio Stations
- Mini Host Sponsor: $475 - Benefits of the sponsor level below plus Logo on Flyer to 6,375+ CRPUSD Students
- Associate Sponsor: $325 - Logo on 17' x 10' Mobile Screen; Sponsor Thank You Graphic with your Logo shared multiple times on Social Media; Logo in multiple Chamber Email Newsletters, each sent to 1,800+; and Booth Space if you want to use it
Booth: $20 Chamber Member; $50 Future Member 100% of Booth Fees go to a Local Toy Drive
Booth Space: You will have a 10'x10' booth space. Booths will be both indoors & outdoors, we will work with you on your preference. You bring easy up, table, chair and holiday decorations. No electricity is available. We ask that each booth have an activity for kids or provide a complimentary holiday treat or drink for 350-400. There will be 1,500+ attend but not all will enjoy a treat from every booth.Images
