DESCRIPTION:On Thursday\, December 17\, every class at Culture Fitness in Rohnert Park is the 12 Days of Christmas Workout. It works like the song: you start with one movement\, add the next one each round\, and by the twelfth round you have done all twelve. Pick any class that day: 5:00\, 6:00\, 6:45\, 8:45 or 9:30 in the morning\, or 4:45\, 5:30 or 6:15 in the evening.\n\nIt's free and open to everyone. You don't need to be a member. It's a coach-led group workout and every movement can be scaled\, so you'll fit right in whether this is your first class or your five hundredth.\n\nWear your ugliest Christmas sweater\, a Santa hat\, or anything red and green. We're baking a protein cookie for everyone who comes. We're also running a toy drive\, so bring a new\, unwrapped toy if you can and we'll take them to our local Rotary club before Christmas.\n\nSave your spot here
